T-Mobile & Orange Merger To Begin in April

The T-Mobile and Orange merger begins in April, and it’s expected that the lawyers will finalise the deal to merge the two companies by last week of April. The new UK company will then be set up with Companies House, after which confidential customer and financial information will be shared.
